Before you can purchase a flight, you must read the briefing material and warnings here, download and save the Passenger Acknowledgement Form at the bottom of that page, open the form with Adobe Reader, complete the details on the form and then use the Email Form link to return to Widebay Warbirds. We will sign the form and return a copy to you. You must complete this process before booking and paying for an Adventure Flight with us, even if you are purchasing on behalf of a third party.
